Here’s some interesting news about alienation-of-affection in North Carolina. We are still one of the few states that has this. Should a claim of alienation-of-affection be valid even after a couple separates?

If the other woen was the reason they separated, yes! No one should be allowed to get by with breaking up a marriage.
