Rosen Law Firm published an informative piece on Virtual Visitation. WRAL Local Tech Wire posted it on their site. I know some advocates of Virtual Visitation are trying to get a bill passed in N.C. The N.C. legislative session starts Wednesday. Will there be a sponsor for this bill?

While it may alleviate problems with overcrowded schools, year-round schooling presents difficulties for divorced families. With the new calendar plan, who will front the legal costs to rewrite child custody agreements? WRAL in Raleigh just ran a story on virtual visitation. Perhaps with Lee Rosen’s help North Carolina could become the next state to pass a Virtual Visitation legislation. This effort was started by Michael Gough who has a very informative website.
