Women who earn significantly more than their husbands are more likely to split, according to the National Marriage Project at Rutgers University. I would imagine in a lot of marriages women know they’ll make considerably more than their ‘to be’ husbands, way before they actually get married. If they’re ok with it in the beginning, when does it become a problem?

On another note, earlier this year Forbes listed 39 jobs where women earned more than their male counterparts, by at least 5%.
