Domestic violence is not only a concern at home, but also in the workplace.

Are companies doing enough to address the problem of domestic violence? In a recent survey, only 13 percent of executives thought their company should take measures to address this.

But experts say violence in the homes affects overall productivity in the workplace because victims are more likely to miss work or arrive late, and their overall productivity decreases.

So how should companies respond when they are faced with an employee who is a victim of domestic violence?
