A study conducted by the University of Alberta found that divorce does not change parenting behavior. And that there are more similarities than differences in parenting between recently divorced couples and those that are married.
What is the long term affect of divorce on parenting over the course of a child’s upbringing? If a parent has been separated for a number of years, do their parenting skills deteriorate throughout the post divorce period of raising that child?

Raising my 2 kids 12 years ago with single handed is extremely tough, but God provided me strength and I am went through my life after my divorce. Although my financial and emotion were lack of support during the time, I am lucky I never lose faith and continue to be strong, my lovely children gave me the hope and we went through our tough time together when they merely a year old.
Struggling up stream for a better living standard , currently I’ll be able to announce to all our lives started to begin stable and children are growing up well with proper friends at school and good neighbourhood around us.
I strongly believed to leave my spouse was a wise choice that I had chosen, raising my kids the way I wanted and avoid all argument and fighting in Family, this would definitely affected the psychology of a child. If a family always uses violent toward members, how would the kid’s behavior in future?? Of cause, be a fellower..
