A woman is suing a sperm donor saying he must pay child support and provide a college fund for the daughter he created, simply by donating his sperm. But the mother is the sperm donor’s ex-girlfriend. Should there be a law that one can only be strictly a sperm donor to a woman if and only if the donor has never had a relationship with that woman?

Why are we calling him a sperm donor? In every other situation like this its called child support. What is going to happen is this man & woman are going to make it that much more time consuming for those who are legitimately looking for infertility treatment. Are lawmakers actually going to waste time making a law to appease a wounded girlfriend & slack boyfriend?
