What’s causing the sharp increase in military divorce rates? Some say it’s because of spousal absence, others blame it on military couples marrying too young. Yet, this has always been the nature of military marriages, but never have we seen a divorce rate so high, especially among officials. How can we really explain why so many military marriages are ending in divorce?
Here’s an interesting article that ran in the News & Observer over the weekend, though I’m not sure it explains the issue entirely.
